Free Stock Samples
We provide stock samples for all website-listed products and ship worldwide under EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, or DDP terms. While the samples themselves are offered at no charge, the international courier fee is your responsibility.
Sample shipments typically arrive within 7 days, depending on the destination country and courier service.
Customized Samples
For custom samples, the typical lead time is 7–15 days. Please provide a design draft that includes your logo, dimensions, materials, and other necessary details to ensure accurate sample production.
A sampling fee is required for all custom samples. If the first sample does not meet your requirements, we offer one complimentary revision
