Down
It boasts excellent loft and can trap a large amount of air, providing superior warmth with minimal weight.
Xinjiang Cotton
Strong, excellent color retention, with fiber strength over 35 cN/tex and foreign fiber content ≤0.25 g/ton.
Soy fiber
It combines the comfort and skin-friendly properties of natural fibers with the strength of synthetic fibers.
Graphene
Achieves intelligent temperature control, efficient anti-static properties, and health protection.
Functional Fibers
Antibacterial and performance-enhanced materials for specialized applications.
In-process Quality Control
At Sidefu, quality is embedded throughout production to ensure every linen product meets our standards before final inspection.
Incoming Material Inspection
We carefully check all raw yarns, fabrics, and functional fibers, including:
- • Fiber strength & length
- • Uniformity & moisture content
- • Color consistency & colorfastness
- • Certification compliance (e.g., OEKO-TEX)
Any materials that do not meet standards are rejected to prevent downstream defects.
Process Quality Control
During weaving, dyeing, finishing, cutting, and sewing, we monitor the production process, checking for:
- • Fabric weight & density
- • Color consistency
- • Stitching quality & seam strength
Functional defects such as pilling, holes, or weaving faults, checked with pilling testers
Finished Product Inspection
Completed towels, bedding, and linens are evaluated for appearance, texture, dimensions, and stitching, as well as functional performance such as absorbency, shrinkage, and antibacterial properties. Only products that pass these checks proceed to Final Inspection before shipment.
Our Testing Laboratory
Our in-house testing laboratory supports daily quality verification and performance evaluation for our linens and textiles. All tests are conducted in line with recognized international testing practices.
Routine tests mainly include:
- • Fabric strength and durability testing
- • Color fastness and shrinkage testing
- • Weight, density, and filling consistency checks
- • Antibacterial performance verification (for functional textiles)
For specific markets or client requirements, products can also be tested by accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS or Intertek.
Pre-Shipment Quality Verification
Before shipment, all finished products undergo a final inspection independent of the production process. Our team verifies packaging, labeling, and quantities, ensures compliance with shipping regulations, and conducts sampling checks. Every product is confirmed defect-free and ready for immediate use.
